2. Pricing and Currency
- All prices are displayed and charged in USD (US Dollars)
- USDT TRC20 payments are accepted at a 1:1 USDT to USD rate
- You must send the exact amount shown during checkout
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
- Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer
- Duration discounts are applied automatically for longer subscription periods (6-month, yearly). Current discount rates are displayed on the subscription page.

4. Payment Processing
Cryptocurrency Payments via NOWPayments
- After initiating payment, you'll be redirected to NOWPayments secure checkout
- Choose your preferred cryptocurrency from 300+ supported options
- A unique payment address is generated for your transaction
- Send the displayed amount to the provided wallet address
- Payment is verified automatically on the blockchain
- Your subscription is activated instantly upon payment confirmation
- You'll receive email and in-app notifications about payment status
Payment Statuses
- Waiting: Payment created, awaiting your transfer
- Confirming: Payment detected, waiting for blockchain confirmations
- Confirmed: Payment confirmed on blockchain
- Finished: Payment complete, subscription activated
- Partially Paid: Insufficient amount received - contact support
- Expired: Payment not received within time limit (typically 24 hours)
Failed or Invalid Payments
- If payment is not received within the time limit, the request expires
- Payments sent to wrong addresses cannot be recovered - always use provided address
- Incorrect amounts may result in "Partially Paid" status - contact support
- Contact support immediately if you encounter any issues
5. Legal Disclaimers
Important Legal Notices
- Finality of Payments: All payments are final and non-reversible once processed on the blockchain.
- Right to Reject: FXReturn reserves the right to reject, delay, or cancel any transaction that appears suspicious, fraudulent, or violates our Terms of Service.
- User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for ensuring correct wallet addresses and network selection (TRC20). We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses or wrong networks.
- No Liability: FXReturn is not liable for any losses resulting from user errors, including but not limited to: wrong wallet address, wrong network, incorrect amount, or failure to submit transaction hash.
- Verification Time: Payment verification may take up to 24 business hours. FXReturn is not responsible for delays in verification.
- Network Confirmations: Cryptocurrency transactions are subject to blockchain network confirmation times. We require a minimum of 20 network confirmations before processing.
- Exchange Rate: USDT is accepted at a 1:1 rate with USD. Any exchange rate fluctuations before you send the payment are your responsibility.
- Regulatory Compliance: FXReturn may request additional verification documents to comply with applicable regulations. Failure to provide requested documents may result in transaction cancellation.
6. Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All paid subscription plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of subscription activation.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of subscription activation
- First-time subscribers only (one refund per customer, lifetime)
- Account must be in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)
- Original payment must have been successfully verified
How to Request a Refund

- Include your account email and reason for refund request
- Provide your USDT TRC20 wallet address for receiving the refund
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days
Refund Methods
- USDT TRC20: Refunds are sent to the wallet address you provide. Network fees for the refund transaction (approximately 1 USDT) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Card payments: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days (when card payments become available).
Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after the 14-day guarantee period
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or chargebacks
- Partial refunds are not available
- Second or subsequent subscriptions (one refund per customer)
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions at FXReturn's discretion
7. Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to your subscription features until the expiration date
- Currently, subscriptions do not auto-renew - you must manually renew
- Downgrading to Free tier is not available mid-subscription
- No prorated refunds for unused subscription time (except under 14-day guarantee)
