• Tracks commissions generated from users' trading activities
• Distributes cashback payments to users from affiliate commissions we receive
• Offers educational resources and setup guides for trading systems
• Provides customer support in multiple languages

2.2 What We Do NOT Do

FXReturn explicitly does NOT:

• Own, operate, or manage any trading systems
• Provide investment advice or trading recommendations
• Guarantee any trading results, profits, or performance
• Control trading decisions or strategies of third-party systems
• Act as a broker, dealer, or financial advisor
• Hold or manage user funds or trading capital

3. User Eligibility and Obligations

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• RoboForex pays us affiliate commissions based on trading volume
• We distribute a portion of these commissions to users as cashback
• Cashback rates vary based on subscription tier (Free, Pro, or Premium)

4.2 Cashback Rates

• Free Members: Receive up to 10% cashback on eligible commissions
• Pro Members: Receive up to 35% cashback on eligible commissions
• Premium Members: Receive up to 50% cashback on eligible commissions
• Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice to users

4.3 Cashback Calculation and Payment

• Commissions are calculated weekly based on closed trading positions
• Cashback is credited to your account balance after verification
• There may be a delay of 1-7 days for commission processing
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $50 USDT
• Payouts are processed to your registered wallet address (supported networks: TRC20, BEP20, ERC20)

4.4 Cashback Restrictions

We reserve the right to withhold or revoke cashback in cases of:

• Fraudulent activity or terms violations
• Incorrect or unverifiable account information
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions
• Trading system violations or prohibited strategies
• Multiple account abuse

5. Subscription Plans

5.1 Available Plans

FXReturn offers three subscription tiers:

• Free: 10% cashback, weekly payouts, up to 3 trading accounts, email support
• Pro: 35% cashback, priority payouts, unlimited trading accounts, live chat support, advanced analytics, referral bonuses
• Premium: 50% cashback, same-day payouts, unlimited trading accounts, priority support, full analytics suite, higher referral bonuses, early access to new features

5.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscription prices vary by plan and duration (monthly, 6-month, or yearly)
• Current pricing is displayed on the subscription page within the platform
• Payment is processed via cryptocurrency (USDT on TRC20, BEP20, or ERC20 networks, or other supported cryptocurrencies via NOWPayments)
• Subscriptions are valid for the selected duration from payment verification date
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current subscription period
• 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans

6. Fee Insurance / Fee Protection (Premium Users)

6.1 Definition

Fee Insurance is a discretionary benefit available only to eligible Premium users. It consists of temporary fee-based credits or cashback adjustments applied during defined drawdown or stop-loss events of supported strategies.

6.2 Scope and Limitations

Fee Insurance does not compensate trading losses and does not affect account equity, open positions, or trading results.

6.3 Forms of Protection

During an eligible event, FXReturn may apply one or more of the following:

• A temporary increase in cashback percentage
• Fee-based credits applicable to future eligible fees

All adjustments are funded exclusively from FXReturn partner commissions.

6.4 Insurance Events

A Fee Insurance event may occur when a supported strategy reaches a predefined stop-loss or drawdown threshold, as publicly reported by the strategy provider or platform data.

6.5 Important Limitations

• Fee Insurance benefits are subject to caps and limits
• Fee credits are non-withdrawable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Eligibility requires an active Premium subscription and minimum account activity
• Benefits may be modified or discontinued at FXReturn's discretion

7. Trading Account Verification

To receive cashback, users must:

• Connect their MT4/MT5 account to our platform
• Provide verifiable account numbers
• Ensure accounts are registered with our partner code on RoboForex
• Maintain active trading system subscriptions on CopyFX

We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time to prevent fraud.

8. Referral Program

8.1 Referral Terms

• Users receive a unique referral link upon registration
• Earn bonus commissions when referred users start trading
• Referral bonus rates increase based on the number of active referrals (tier system)
• Current referral tier rates and requirements are displayed on the referral page within the platform
• Referral bonuses are subject to the same payout terms as regular cashback
• Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are prohibited

8.2 Referral Restrictions

Prohibited referral activities include:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse referral bonuses
• Misleading advertising or false promises about returns
• Spamming or unsolicited promotion
• Violating any applicable advertising laws or regulations

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the cashback system
• Reverse engineer, hack, or compromise platform security
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without authorization
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission
• Trading results from third-party systems

• Any trading losses or damages from third-party systems

• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Actions or omissions of third parties (including RoboForex or trading system providers)

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of cashback you received in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination:

• Pending cashback will be processed according to normal schedule
• Active subscriptions (Pro/Premium) are subject to the 14-day money-back guarantee policy
• Your referral links will be deactivated

11.2 Termination by FXReturn

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Provide false information
• Abuse the platform or other users

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FXReturn or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
